It happens every year. The windows are open all October. You enjoy turning off our A/C, breathing the fresh air and lower your progress energy bill.
Then it happens, around Dec 15th. The first cold day of the year. Its not that cold in Florida, however, these block houses and terrazzo floors are awfully cold when its 45 degrees outside. You turn on our heat and....it doesn't work.
Don't be caught off guard this year. Have your Heating system checked out before you need it.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the advice! I’ll do that when I come home to Indianapolis. Heating and air conditioning in conditioning in our bungalow home there needs cleaning but I’m sure that it needs a little work. We have a new system there installed just last week! But I’ll have to check the backroom. Whew! I’m excited to revisit Indianapolis (HVAC system that works well means perfect vacation). Thanks again!
